What are your delivery timings?

Orders are processed in the early mornings, any orders we've received previous day or that same day before 11 am will have their order delivered that same day, This is applicable to certain emirates only (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Sharjah) Other emirates, any orders received before 2pm will be processed as next day deliveries.

Is There A Minimum Spend For Free Delivery?

Simply spend AED 200 or more for free delivery in UAE, For orders outside UAE, a minimum order of 600 AED needs to be placed, or there is a fee from the delivery partner. However, this is subject to change and we cannot guarantee the custom charges if there are any after reaching the country of your destination

Can I Change The Address Of My Delivery?

At the time of placing the order, please ensure the address and phone number are accurate. if you need to change the address our courier partner will give you a call and this can be arranged with them

How Long Does It Take To Receive My Order?

Once your order is placed, delivery will be between 2 - 4 days with our delivery partners in UAE. Deliveries Can take up to a week or 2 for international orders. If you order on a Thursday before 9:00 am you will receive your order on Saturday. No deliveries are made on Friday. Delivery schedules in holiday periods are subject to an announcement.
