Apply to dry skin:
1. Work salts up from ankles to knees, massaging in circular movements.
2. Massage salts around knees, using thumbs to rub into calves and backs of knees.
3. Extend application to thighs, applying more pressure and using circular massage movements.
4. Switch the shower on and continue to massage salts into skin until rinsed off.  In the bath, apply before you sit down and continue to massage while you soak.   
5. Finish by spritzing legs with warm and cold water using the shower attachment, ending with a warm spritz to enhance stimulating and decongesting powers.  
Softens and smoothes skin to prime it for application of product; stimulates the circulation and lymph; invigorates legs and delivers a 'two salt glow'.
