Tie your hair into a ponytail. (Can be wet or dry) Flip the mask inside out. Grab the end of the ponytail with the pack and flip the pack usingthe other hand. Fix the pack with the rubberband provided to prevent the pack from falling. Allow the essence to fully absorb evenly in the hair. Remove after 30 minutes.
