Refunds & Returns
What if I want to return / refund a product?
Returns can be arranged via our online CONTACT US page or you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org in one single step.
Returns are subject to approval. If you change your mind, you can return your product to us within 4 calendar days of delivery. Returns are also accepted within this period, but only if the product was not unsealed. This option is in addition to your consumer rights to return defective products. “What happens if I have received a defective item” below.
If you do wish to return your order, or just certain items from it, please use Email us. Be sure to to provide the following details:
- Your Web Order Number.
- The full address from where we can collect the goods.
- A contact phone number
On receipt of your e-mail, we will provide you details of the next steps once your refund is approved

What happens if I have received a defective item?
If you're having trouble with your newly purchased skincare/makeup or beauty device or believe it is defective, please call us +971 4 374 6970 immediately to report your defective product. Alternatively you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If I am offered a refund, how long will it take till I recieve it?
Refunds are immediate however the online payment would take take 2 - 5 days to return to your account via Checkout.
