How does the Loyalty points work?
Simply make a purchase on our website , and after you have placed the order you will be able to see your points in My Account section. After the order is delivered to you.
How soon does the Loyalty points reflect in my account?
After the order has been delivered it may take up to 7 working days for the points to be able to reflect in your account.
Is there a limit to spending the loyalty point?
No, you can use your loyalty points as soon as they are active in your account.
How long are the Loyalty points valid for?
All Points are earned under this programme are valid for 12 months. All unused Points over 12 months will expire and shall not be available for redemption. You can access your account details at any time on www.beautysolutions-me.com and can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Members can redeem points accumulated in their accounts by purchasing. The customer may choose to redeem the points in full or in part. Customers need to have a complete updated profile in our system to redeem their points. If a customer not redeem the entire value of his/her points, the balance value will remain in the member's account and can be used towards the future transactions provided.
- Points available for redemption cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Points once redeemed cannot be used again
- Points will not be given for items on discount and if your order has been processed with discount loyalty points , Beauty Solutions cannot process htis and will have to revoke the points.
- If the value of the purchase you made is more than the value of the points available in your account, the balance amount must be paid using a valid payment method
- Points which are not redeemed by the member will remain in his/her account for a period of 12 months from the time they were earned. Post this time period the points will expire and cannot be re-credited to the account.
- In case of a return transaction, Loyalty points will be credited back against the returned item, but this will be at the sole discretion of Beauty Solutions. Please email at email@example.com stating the reason for such a return.
Terms and Conditions
Beauty Solutions reserves the right to modify, cancel or withdraw the terms and conditions at any point of time at beauty solutions own discretion, which includes the right to withdraw or cancel any or all of the points, refuse to award points, withdraw points, refuse the right to redeem points collected for any breach of these conditions or failure to pay for the purchases without prior notice
Beauty Solutions may modify these terms and conditions at any time in its sole discretion. we may inform the Loyal Customer of changes to these terms and conditions via email/sms or www.beautysolutions-me.com. Customer should regularly check the website for the latest version of these terms and conditions.
Beauty Solutions reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Loyalty Program for any reason at any time. In the event that Beauty Solutions decides to terminate the Loyalty Program, all Loyal Customers will be informed by means of the contact information supplied by them. The Loyal Customer will then have thirty (30) days to redeem any benefits otherwise the accumulated points will be lost. In the event of termination and/or suspension of the Loyalty Program, Beauty Solutions will not be held liable for any unused points. Furthermore, the Loyal Customer will have no legal recourse whatsoever against Beauty Solutions in this respect and will not be entitled to any compensation in the event of modification or termination of the Loyalty Program.
